Phase C

Procedure

Heat components of Phase A and Phase B separately to 60-65°C with mixing. Continue mixing until uniform. (Phase A should be mixed until a homogeneous gel is obtained.) Remove from heat. Disperse Phase B into Phase A with high shear. Emulsify for up to 10 minutes. With gentle mixing, slowly add Phase C to batch while cooling to 40°C. When batch has cooled to 40°C, add Phase D. Continue cooling. When batch has cooled to <35°C, add ingredients of Phase E individually. Mix until uniform.
